    like you know... you can only get the bandwidth that the seeds are allowing... maybe they have it throttled... some seeders are nasty like that.. are you downloading MULTIPLE torrents and only getting a TOTAL of 4mbps? maybe just not a popular torrent. and i agree with daazed.. utorrent...
