from 94-98 on the 2.2 pushrod motors- NOT ECOTEC-are the rods forged or cast? i would like to put boost to mine up to 230hp & want to see if it can handle it

...cylinders over the years? can someone please help me find a list of the revisions made to the 2.2l gm 4 cylinders over the years? im looking for a link, but the ecotec 2.2 is a new motor available not before 2000, im talking about the earlier 2.2's
