My grandma had always wanted me to do it, so i started for her. and gradually enjoyed it myself, but then i rebelled against ballet and moved to hiphop which i seem to be more natural at.

It's great that you've decided to tell your parents, thats the first step to getting better :) If it seems too overwhelming to tell both of them at the same time, maybe tell the one you feel closest to first, then the other. I would just sit down and tell them that you really need their help...
