i JUST got it, i touch the screen for the screen alignment and it keeps bringing me back to the same screen. How do i get passed it?

I'm on the Cricket network, and i've heard that sometimes Sprint phones won't flash correctly, or just won't work the same for Cricket. Will the HTC touch pro have any problems?
