I bought a shipping label on paypal for an ebay sale. But I didn't have my printer available. I also checked on paypal and it says the item was "shipped" already. Is there anything I can do to print the label again?

I got a ticket on saturday for having a tint on my front windows.. The ticket doesn't say how much it is but the cop told me its just a fix it ticket. I don't know how much its going to be or who can clear it for me Also what happens until I get it fixed I can't do it for another couple days...
