I am looking to upgrade to the Samsung Reality from my EnV3. I noticed I have to have a new data package with almost every upgrade. The lady told me $9.99 or $25.99. I really don't want this but looks like I have no choice. So is this $9.99 PER PERSON the bill or just the bill together?

I just recently bought a laptop and a flash-drive/thumb-drive. I have a computer (a desktop) at home and I still have to transfer things like pictures, written documents, videos and ect. If I plug in my thumb drive can I add files to it, then plug it into my laptop save files to my laptop...
