my refrigerant in my expedition usually leaks out during the winter months, i usually have to put 3 cans in but all of it didn't leak out this time, the compressor still kicks on but it doesn't get that cold but it works almost perfect at night, i'm just wondering will one can do it this summer

i was traveling 85 mph on the interstate this morning because i was late for an appointment and i started to smell engine oil i usually travel 70 to 75 mph no problem the car doesn't leak or anything
