    His name doesn't HAVE to be on the birth certificate. If he can prove through DNA that he is the biological father he has every right to visitation. It doesn't matter who the child calls daddy, he still has the right to see his child, and he has the right to take you to court.

    You say you got your own phone a year ago and pay the bill on on it for over a year now. If that is true then how could you have run the bill up? Your parent got you a pre paid plan and unless you pay for your minutes up front you can't use it. So What is YOUR problem? Aren't they paying...

    First of all I would try to determine WHERE it hurts. Depending upon where it hurts it could be just about anything If it is above the belly button then usually there is nothing to worry about, could be something he ate that didn't agree with him or he caught a "bug" Below the belly button...
