    Motorola i776 cell phone: signature bad?

    I turned it off one day for a couple of hours and when I turned it back on it said Signature bad, low battery. Well, I went ahead a bought a new battery. Now when I turn it on it says Signature bad. What can I do to fix this?

    Koi fish living in a really dirty black watered fountain at a condo, legal?

    The water is really dirty and the fountain is really small. There are at least 15 large Koi living in it, plus at least 7 smaller ones. I was just wondering if this is harmful for the Koi or if it's a comfortable living arrangement for them. I know that they normally live in ponds, which aren't...
