I have an injury and I'm not allowed to exercise except for gentle walking for 1 to 2 hours per day and physical therapy sessions. I have gained some weight since the injury occurred in march and is still not healed. I did the Atkins, low carb diet a few years ago and lost 23 lbs in 1 month...
