Both field terminals on Jeep alternator are 12 volts when one should be 12 and
one should be 9? This is on a PCM controlled alternator. The alternator doesn't charge, and both field terminals read the same as the B+ terminal, which is full battery voltage (12.2). One field terminal should read full voltage, and one should read 3-4 volts lower (Ground terminal) but all 3...
