is overeating and extreme mood swings normal during pms?
My appetite during PMS is insane...i am so hungry all the time and I keep craving the most random foods (i know it sounds like i'm pregnant but i swear I am not:) I literally will go through a bag of chips or pretzles and not be full or I will have a huge dinner only to be hungry 5 hours... -
