Last time there was a war with Iran was when our Western governments asked our then friend Saddam Hussein to please invade this country. Didn't work, and more than a million young men were killed uselessly. Just because Israel wants us to invade Iran doesn't mean that we have to.

Hazing of new recruits was a common thing in the French Armed Forces until conscription was abolished a decade ago. Almost all of us had to go through it, and it could be VERY unpleasant. I don't know about professional soldiers today, and even less about the situation in the US.

So many insults, so much hatred. And Americans think they are the greatest democracy in the world? Hard to believe.
