it's scary how much fish get's 'didgarded' ...wasted, does anyone else notice that the EU is a joke all that catch being wasted and thrown back in dead, i hope somethings done but why was there a change ten years back? as the fisherman said that before the EU they could keep all they caught?

is there a country where it's legal and if so how much? or on the black market? how much is the going rate?
