    Where can I buy a DVD of Bread in concert?

    I have looked all over the internet and no one seems to be selling and Bread DVD's which seems strange because they were such a great band, does anyone know where I can find one and why they are so sparse?

    How long does it take to progress as a chef?

    I have just finished a culinary course and am starting out in a restaurant shortly. Where would I be in 5 years of working in a kitchen? Where will I start out initially?
