I am starting out with an image 1 inch by 1 inch with just a single dot. I am making polka dotted paper. How do I take this one dot and tile it. I am trying to make a 12 x 12 paper. Please help. I am new to Photoshop and would appreciate any help!

for bass in Uvas reservoir, CA? The water's not clear and california cold. The fish jump consistantly but i still haven't had any luck catching anything.
