If I know someone that is due a Sprint upgrade, but I want the new phone, we have separate accounts, can the person get the phone, not activate it, and give it to me so i can activate it on my account, then they stay on their original plan/phone?

WTF? She got dementia or something? Naked pics ain't supposed to be on facebook. Report the offending pics so they get removed. That'll save everybody some embarrassment.
