    Is it better to have more tire and less rim for performance purposes?

    Or more rim and less tire. I know the farther out you go on a wheel the more important it is to save weight. So I guess what I'm asking is which is better to fill the end part of the wheel with (for example) 205/60-15 more tire or 205/30-18 more rim. Which weighs more?
