ok so for my first car i got a 1998 toyota tacoma standard cab 2 wheel drive. i heard they were having recalls on them. how do i exactly find out if my truck qualify's.

ok so i was driving my truck tonight in a little snow.. i drifted in the snow and then the tire came off of the rim a little bit. like the front of it broke the seal so the tire was still on but not sealed onto the front of the rim. will i need a new tire or will i be able to just put it back on
