Should a 2000 toyota camry idle below 1 rpm (these are obviously the numbers on my tachometer, not the rpm's i guess) once its warmed up? It usually idles at about 1.3 rpm when cold but I was wondering if this is normal. Sometimes when it idles below 1 it sortof softly revs, like pulsating almost.
