    Does exercising Increase Resting/Overall Metabolism?

    Hello everyone. I have a simple question, since I'm exercising (aerobic) on a daily basis for about 40-60 minutes a day, will my metabolism increase? I have an extremely slow metabolism, so I was just wondering ( I started exercising a week ago). Thanks!
