Im currently on the at&t network but sadley, Im phoneless. My iPhone 4 got stolen a week ago and it is no where to be found. So my question is, can I upgrade to the Blackberry torch at the 2 year contract pricing for 99.00 or do i have to pay the full 499.00? Thanks!

On June 24th I plan on going to the Apple store to pick up and iPhone 4. The store opens at 7 and I was wondering what time I should get there to be garunteed and iPhone 4. Its the one in Jacksonville Fl (If that makes a differnce). I just want to be sure to get one and I dont want to order...
