Are they ? Because right now I am sitting on a kitchen chair and I been sitting on it for a long time. That's what I use as my computer"chair". Is it better to buy a computer chair than to sit on a kitchen chair?

I can understand that there are machines that will put chips and resistors, caps etc on the circuit board 100's at a time. But who designs these circuit diagrams? Can entry level engineers do those microsscopic circuit designs? I can understand they can lay out parts using a PCB design...
