Last night i nearly ran out of space on my Mac HD, but then i deleted something and got 15 gigs back. Then i turned it off. And it the morning i got this. I have so many photos and really important things on my computer that i cant loose. please help. and tell me a way i can save it! :( OH...

Well. I think its an ingrown hair. Its like a pimple and its surrounded by a big red circle, and its very painful. Ive been trying to squeeze it, and nothing it coming out, just oil. What do i do? And i cant find the hair to pluck it out. If i leave it will it heal? or will it just get worse?
