the other day where they cooked a cheese in a wooden box,I believe the cheese was sold in it but i missed the name of the cheese,while i know there are a few cheeses sold in these boxes i dont know which ones can be melted in this way,it was used as a sort of a dip could anyone help please

the speedometer doesnt work all the time, it idles really high and check engine light is staying on. i had it check with a machine at auto zone but they said they couldnt get a reading any ideas on what it could be iam desprate. thank you in advance for any and all answers
