The van has a Triton V8 that runs very rough under load, climbing hills. I checked the PCV valve and hose, changed the plugs and had someone check the coil packs. An analizer gave faults for lean mixture on left and right banks. What could the problem be?

ok so i got a 46 gallon fish tank and the stand too my question is whats next?? what kind of filtration i need?? i have done some reading about it and ive had tropical fish before. i do know what i need but i would like you guys to recommend me something to do next.
