I have a game where you can move your player (named player) around in a room, he cant go through walls or anything but i want to make it so if he hits my MC called enemy it will go to frame 3. How would i do that? is there like a root._hit-test or something?

So i made this site with DreamWeaver and am looking for somewhere that will host my website for free. It is under 2 gb. I tried Mozy but that just backed up my files, i dont even know what that means!
