For example i will do 3 sets of 10reps of pull down..
after every set i will do a little cardio like jogging and a little back stretching..

after my first gym session of whole body workout last wednesday my muscle is pain in thursday which means muscle tissue recover, is this right?

at my experience i do exercise everyday at almost everytime at home
because when i stop i will feel the muscle pain..
then anytime i want to continue...
