    can i use a unlocked blackberry 8330 on a regular data plan for verizon?

    i bought a (verizon) blackberry 8330 and i called in and they said i couldn't activate it unless switching me to a blackberry plan, But if the phone is unlocked does that make a differance? Thanks, have a great day!
