It's my first "new" car. I drove it home totally excited, and then later on, when I tried to leave, it wouldn't turn on again. My batter was dead. Is it a reasonable request to call my salesguy in the morning to tell him he needs to get me a new battery?

about spelling)....? Has anyone ever heard of this or know what he is talking about? The salesman says it's when "Ford" randomly chooses an account or application to check the social security numbers to make sure no one else has been using my ss number. Anyone know at all what this is?
