i have a 2009 civic si sedan grey color. i dont want to re paint the whole car. just partially and this is my plan: black color on the hood, top and some of the back as i saw in a picture and i want to paint my rims either black or dark grey. how much you guys thinks just this is going to cost...

i am planning to trade in my 2009 civic si sedan only 10999 miles, with a used 06 civic. my kelly blue book trade in value is 18675, by because the car is in an excelent condition. will the dealers usually honor those prices or they go way down than kelly??????
