Not sure how much the whole phone is but for the data plan its $30 from AT&T.

i just bought a mytouch 3G and right now, it is not sending out text messages or allowing me to call out. i have all my bars and am well within my 3G network. ON the top, though my 3g icon has an up and a down arrow. these are not lit like usual. what is wrong with it????
