    do i need 2 vendor licenses and or tax ids if i want to conduct business in 2...

    ...different states? I'm bringing items in from China to sell to businesses in 2 different states. If the items are shipped to me will I need to clear customs. Will I need to have an export license, a vendor's license in both states and a tax id in both states
