i dont know what i should get! but i do like tires and rims that are strong so i dont get a huge sound when i hit the ground also i like the bars just a little wide. but please help me!

i bought a fsa headset and i heard that the bottom part of the headset doesnt go in all the way. well somehow i got it in to far and i cant turn my handlebars either cuz of that or i put my berrings in wrong also i cant get the bottom part of the headset out so if someone can help me with thhat...
