I have a Takara 10 speed road bike that a friend gave me and I am looking for some solid information on it. I know that they were Japanese bikes and that they were popular throughout the 60's and 70's leading into the 80's. But after that, I don't know much about them. Please help!

...having to get a data plan? I'm looking into buying a new phone on the internet. I already have an account without a data plan and the phone i want requires one if i buy the phone new. can i buy the phone in question and not be required to get the data plan?
