2002 sebring convertible the fuze's keep blowing in it does anyone know why? also the back right turn signal works on and off (when ever it wants) and the cd player fuze blows, the breaklight fuze blows and the power locks dont work. when the fuzes blow

i got my insurance the same day i got pulled over will that matter in michigan? my insurance contract aka paperwork was at home with my mother.. she got it almost the same time i was pulled over. i have never been pulled over for a insurance issue. about 4 years ago i got pulled over for speeding.

smooth 1-4500 then misses 5-7 then? its smooth again. im worried my engine is going. but i have no power loss. it ill pull up 1-3 gear ez.

then let it charge for a bit then? it ran for 30 minutes now it is dead again. could it be a corroded wire at the regulator? or something els? and as its dieing it just spits and sputters and then stops running.
