i just want to have some other perspectives on what i should do to my 2005 mustang GT to increase HP and torque and can someone also tell me what is better and the ups and downs of superchargers vs. turbochargers?

I have a 2005 ford mustang GT with an automatic transmission and i have some money to spend and have fun with it so this summer i wanted to change out the transmission for a manual, does anyone know of any kits that are online? if so links would be nice thanks im an authorized desiel mechanic...
