Like could you break it by lets say they punch you n you grab their wriste area then with your other hand hit their elbow causing it to bend the other way. Would it be hard or easy to do this?
Okay, so i'm a little overweight and i'm going to join a gym. I figure if I gain a lot of musle I could then do cardio because I have a lot me muscle I should burn I lot more fat and some muscle. I figure then I can rebuild to have a perfect body. Is this the best way or is there some other way...
