My RM80 won't start. It sounds healthy, fuel is mixed right, new spark plug, carb cleaned, and won't start!!! I tried kicking it like 100 times, then tried to catch it in gear. Nothing.... I was thinking that the air screw is not set right? Any help with tuning or possiblly another problem???

I have a H35 tecumseh engine, and the carb has 2 screws for adjustment. Techinally theres 3 but i know the one that pushes on the throttle is for tuning idle. But there is one below that on the side, and one under the bowl of the carb. What is the best way to tune these?

I have a mini bike that I'm fixing and I was wondering what would be the best type of brakes for it. It originally had a 4" band brake. The drum is still there so should I get the band for it, or get a different system? Like disc brakes
