    I have a really bad habit of biting my nails. I always thought it would be something i'll grow out of.?

    But now i'm 18 and I can't stop!! any suggestions on what caused me to develop this habit, why can't I stop ,and how can I stop! thanks but i have tried all types of polish,even hot sauce,peppers, my mom has tried it all! nd YMCA lol i'm a college student!
