im a 20 year old male. im about 5'8" and 140 lbs right now. im kind of skinny and wouldnt mind putting on some weight. id like to gain. oh, idk 20 pounds. how many calories a day should i consume. id like to gain weight fairly rapidly but not at a dangerous weight.
