    your brakes are dragging. which cause them to heat up. possible causes. Frozen pistons in calipers. Messed up slide pins, Too little clearance between rotor and pads. Or maybe it could be a pedal issue. The wobble is because the rotors have gotten so hot, and they have warped under the heat.
