I'm trying to figure out what this part is on my 2004 jeep grand cherokee... its the plastic yellow device towards the front of the metal plate that everything is mounted to. What is it and what does it do? Thanks Here's a link to a picture of one...

I was trying to see if there was any way I could get just a 1" lift kit for my 04 Cherokee but was finding mostly 2" lifts so I was curious if anyone knows if they do make them that size and where!!?? Also if possible the approx. price?!? Thanks
