The question isn't whether or not socialized medicine works, or whether you're for or against. The question is whether or not a single state in the union has ever tried to implement it on themselves.
They do it because they are picturing the fast and furious gone right when they plan their "project"... it's the same reason why trailer parks are full of rusted out POS muscle cars either on blocks, or sitting in the weeds.
I'm pretty sure they used Maya for that... basically the same as 3D studio max. It's rendered frame by frame by the computer, but the animators spend all their time creating the models and setting paths for the animation, rather than worrying about each frame.
