Blackberry buttons don't work but the phone still turns on?

So Blackberries come equipped with a Backup Protection. You can call your provider and chances are if you've ever synced the phone online, that they have your info. You could plug the USB cable into your computer and see if you can access it that way. Or you could bring it to a corporate store...

how do i get a blackberry curve 8310 to b open to all network?

go into the settings or tools menu (which ever one says networks as a menu option). then, click networks. The top choice should be to allow all or not. If you allow all and it's still not working, then you need to call your provider and have them troubleshoot for you.

You can call customer service and speak to the technical help people and they will trouble shoot it for you (just...

What is the best non smartphone that Verizon offers?

there isn't one. all of their good phones require a data plan. However, the Choc touch only requires a min. data plan, which is 10$ a month for 250 mbs.

What phone is better the samsung solstice or the lg neon? Looking for the overall best.?

solstice isn't offered as a prepaid phone. you'd have to buy the phone at full retail witch is about $250. The Neon is a prepaid phone and costs about 93.88 at walmart. of course, samsung beats lg anytime, everytime.
