    At what age do cars start to have rust in Philadelphia?

    I am looking at a 2002 Elantra with 60k miles on it. I haven't inspected it. From the pics that I saw, the body seems to be in a good shape. But I am more concerned about the underneath part of the car. Do you think it may have rust? thank you for your help!!
