    How to reset a nokia 5530 if I have forgotten the password?

    I have a nokia 5530 and wish to reset the original factory settings, however every time I try I am asked to enter a password but I don't know what the password is. And no it is not asking for the puck code it is asking for a password. Please help, thank you
