    A while back I tried to update to Flash Player version 10.1. When I did this, any high quality videos (480p, 720p) that I tried to play back had poor, choppy quality. It was the same on every streaming site I went to (Youtube, Hulu, etc.). I uninstalled the update and everything started working...

    How can I download this Adobe Flash Player?

    A 64 bit system can run Flash Player, but it has to be in a 32 bit browser. Either download it using Internet Explorer (without the 64 bit beside it) or Mozilla Firefox.
