I have an HTC tilt 2 and cannot find driver So when i try to connect computer with bluetooth it say APN error

Is there anyway to tether an HTC Pure or Tilt 2 without adding a Laptop Connect Plan? I wasn't sure if there's something I can do to make it tether without adding that plan, I tethered a BlackJack II without adding the 5GB data plan from AT&T.
