    Does T-Mobile HD2 require data plan on AT&T?

    I want to buy an HTC HD2 unlocked from eBay to use on AT&T's network. I 've heard mixed results on using the HD2 on AT&T without a data plan, some people say it is detected as a Blackberry 7290. Others say they have no problems. I am curious to see what att.com shows for somebody with an HD2 on...
